About The Founder

Erica Goode launched Aligned Accountants in 2025 to serve other firm owners like herself. She also runs a solo accounting firm where she provides bookkeeping and fractional CFO services for her clients. Erica’s early career included time in the Big 4, at a Fortune 50 company, and as a stay at home mom. She also writes The 15 Hour Accountant newsletter every Wednesday.

When she’s not working, she’s hanging out with her two kids and husband at home in the mountains of Idaho.
