New Podcast - just for you!
I’m so excited to tell you about this!
I’m launching a brand new podcast.
It's called the Life First Accounting Firm podcast, and it's for solo firm owners (and accountants thinking about starting their own firm) who want success without giving up their life outside of work.
Here's the thing: a lot of us don't actually hate accounting. We hate the work styles — the endless hours, the burnout culture, the idea that success means sacrificing everything else.
So I'm talking to people who've done it differently. People who started firms as side gigs, bought practices, left to travel, built around their families, came from non-traditional backgrounds. I just finished recording and the stories are honest, specific, and surprisingly vulnerable. (Seriously, guests have shown up with notes ready to talk numbers and hours - thank you, friends!)
Season 1 is called Starting Stories, and people are sharing their real life stories of starting firms.
