The Happiness Lab podcast just dropped an episode called “Stop Stressing About Stress”. I’m only half way through it, but it has a ton of actionable items.
Maybe someone needs this as we head into busy season?
(Adorable side note - we were out of “kid podcasts” yesterday, so I turned on this episode on the drive to school. Interestingly, everyone was silent and no one told me to turn it off.)
