If you want to work less...
If you want to weigh less, count your calories.
If you want to work less, count your hours.
Counting hours is not for everyone. If you’re working the number of hours you want to work more than 70% of the weeks you work, that’s amazing! Godspeed, my friend. You’ve figured it out.
But if you’re not, you might try tracking how you spend your work time for a month. At the very least, you’ll walk away with some usable data like which clients drag on every month, which ones are cash cows, etc.
It’s one of those exercises that’s hard to predict what you’ll find until you do it. But you always seem to find something helpful.
Rooting for you,
Erica
